Dear Customer,
If you would like to exchange an item, please proceed as follows:
1. Send the item you wish to exchange back to us.
2. Order and pay for the desired item (if available) via our shop as a regular order.
3. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price of the originally ordered item. (Should you require a free return label for the exchange, please contact us by email at shop@bans24.com. Please include your customer number, order or invoice number, and the desired item with its size. This will allow us to reserve the item for you and ship it directly to you upon receipt of the return.)
