We ship worldwide and packages are dispatched exclusively on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Within Germany, you can choose between free shipping with GLS or DHL for a fee of 1.90 EUR. Shipping to European countries is handled by GLS, while international shipments are usually sent via Economy registered mail.

Returns

Dear Customer,

We offer you two options for returns within 30 days of receipt:

Exchange: As a voluntary service, we cover the return shipping costs for you.
Withdrawal: According to legal regulations, EU customers bear the costs of the return shipment themselves.
